After working in the construction industry for 10 years I recognized a vacuum of workmanship, quality and accountability. The nobility of craftsmanship and integrity had become the exception, not the rule. I choose to work towards becoming a builder and an artisan, increasing my skills and building a company whose goal is to offer planning over speed, quality over piecework and integrity and honesty over a quick sale.
